The five steps

Enquire
Register your interest. It's free, and we'll reply within a few working days.

Apply
Send your first course's materials and your provider details, and pay the course fee. Allow one to two weeks to gather them.

The course review
Review
We check everything against the CareCPD standard.

Decision
The outcome is approved, approved with conditions, or not yet approved, always with reasons. If a course isn't approved, you can resubmit it once, free, within 60 days.

Issue certificates
Once a course is approved, learners who successfully complete it get certificates with unique codes that anyone can verify.

- Your process for reviewing and updating content
- Your complaints and learner support arrangements
What it costs
Registering is free. Each course has a one-off fee that covers its review and first year, starting at £175 and dropping from your 4th course. After that, each course renews yearly or monthly.

Can we accredit e-learning?
Yes, if learners have to show they've understood it.
Can an individual trainer apply?
Yes. The Trainer plan is for individual trainers and small teams with one to three courses.
What if we are not approved?
You'll get the reasons, and you can resubmit once, free, within 60 days. If the course still isn't approved, we refund its fee in full.
